Operations specialist reviewing automated workflows

Train people on the work they do.

Generic AI courses teach features. We teach your people to apply AI to their own tasks, within your governance rules. Leaders learn to judge where AI fits. Teams learn to use it daily on real work. Then we measure whether usage and output actually change.

The problem

Why AI training rarely changes daily work

01
Courses built on generic examples.

Staff watch demos about writing poems and planning holidays, then return to their desks unsure how any of it applies to their own work.

02
Leaders left out of the room.

Teams are trained while managers are not, so nobody reviews AI-assisted work properly or redesigns processes to use the time it frees.

03
No link to company rules.

Training ignores your data and usage policy, so confident staff take unnecessary risks and cautious staff avoid AI entirely.

04
Nothing measured after the session.

Attendance is recorded but adoption is not, so there is no way to tell whether the training changed how work gets done.

How we work

Role-based training that sticks

Step 1

Profile

We identify the roles in scope, the tasks they repeat most and the AI tools and rules that apply to each group.

Step 2

Build

We design sessions and exercises around your real documents, emails, reports and processes, with sensitive data removed or safely replaced.

Step 3

Train

Leaders and teams attend separate, hands-on sessions. Everyone works on their own tasks, so they leave with prompts and workflows they will reuse.

Step 4

Reinforce

Follow-up clinics, a shared prompt library and usage tracking help habits form and show where extra support is still needed.

What you get

Skills, materials and adoption tracking

01

Leadership briefing

A focused session for senior leaders on where AI fits, how to judge its output, the risks to manage and the decisions they own.

02

Role-based team workshops

Hands-on sessions for each function, such as finance, sales, operations or HR, built around tasks those teams perform every week.

03

Company prompt library

A curated set of tested prompts and workflows for common tasks in your business, organised by role and kept in one shared place.

04

Safe use guide

A short reference card that turns your AI policy into practical dos and don'ts staff can follow while they work.

05

Follow-up clinics

Short sessions after the main training where staff bring real problems, share what worked and get help with harder tasks.

06

Adoption report

A summary of who is using AI, for which tasks, and where usage or confidence remains low, with recommended next steps for each team.

What we measure

Judged by the numbers, not the activity.

We take a baseline in Review week, agree targets in writing and report against them every month.

Active users by team
Tasks completed with AI
Time saved on target tasks
Staff confidence before and after
You are a good fit if
You have bought AI licences and most staff rarely use them.
Your leaders need to judge AI-assisted work they do not produce themselves.
You want training built on your processes rather than generic course material.
FAQ

Questions leaders ask us.

Do participants need technical skills?
No. The sessions are designed for people who write, analyse, plan and serve customers, not for engineers. We start with the tasks people already do and show how AI helps, in plain language, with plenty of guided practice on real examples.
We train on the tools your business has approved. Claude is our default, and we also cover ChatGPT, Gemini or others where your teams use them. The principles of good prompting, checking output and protecting data apply across all of them.
Yes. We deliver in person or online, depending on your team locations and schedules. Hands-on sessions work best in small groups, so we plan the format around the number of people and the roles in scope.
We agree adoption measures before training starts, such as active users, tasks completed with AI and time saved on target tasks. We track them afterwards and report against that baseline, so you see change in behaviour, not just attendance.
