Sketch of a rising growth curve and a falling cost curve
Lever 01 · Plan the Win

Make every digital channel earn its budget.

Your website, search, social, email and CRM were probably added one at a time, by different people, for different reasons. We connect them into one system with a clear job for each channel, a shared measurement model and a budget tied to revenue.

The problem

Channels added one by one rarely work together

01
Spend without a clear job.

Each channel has an agency or an owner, but no defined role in the buying journey, so overlaps and gaps go unnoticed for years.

02
Data that does not connect.

Website analytics, ad platforms and your CRM report different numbers. Nobody can say which activity produced which customer, or at what cost.

03
Activity reported, not revenue.

Monthly reports count impressions, followers and clicks. Leadership cannot see how digital spend links to enquiries, deals or repeat purchases.

04
No owner for the whole.

Marketing, sales and IT each control a piece. Decisions about tools, data and budget fall between teams and default to whoever pushes hardest.

How we work

One system, one scorecard

Step 1

Audit

We map every digital channel, tool, data flow and contract you run today, with what each costs and what it demonstrably contributes.

Step 2

Design

We define the buying journey for your key segments and give each channel a specific job, from first discovery to repeat purchase.

Step 3

Connect

We specify how data should move between website, ad accounts, CRM and reporting, so one customer record shows the full path to revenue.

Step 4

Govern

We set the budget rules, ownership, testing cadence and monthly scorecard that keep the system working after the strategy is agreed.

What you get

The blueprint for your digital system

01

Digital estate audit

A full inventory of channels, tools, agencies and data flows, with cost, ownership and observed contribution to enquiries and revenue.

02

Buying journey map

How your buyers actually discover, compare and choose you, stage by stage, built from your own data and customer interviews.

03

Channel role matrix

One page that assigns each channel its job, audience, primary metric and owner, removing duplication between teams and agencies.

04

Measurement and data plan

The tracking, attribution approach and CRM fields needed so that digital activity can be traced through to pipeline and revenue.

05

Budget allocation model

A rules-based way to split spend across channels, with thresholds for scaling up, holding or cutting based on measured return.

06

Prioritised implementation roadmap

Sequenced actions across channels, data and team capability, ordered by expected impact and effort, with an owner for each workstream.

What we measure

Judged by the numbers, not the activity.

We take a baseline in Review week, agree targets in writing and report against them every month.

Cost per qualified enquiry
Revenue attributed by channel
Lead-to-customer conversion rate
Share of spend with proven return
You are a good fit if
You spend meaningfully on digital but cannot say which channels produce customers.
Several agencies and internal teams each own a separate piece of your digital presence.
Leadership wants one scorecard linking digital activity to revenue every month.
FAQ

Questions leaders ask us.

Is digital strategy the same as a marketing plan?
No. A marketing plan sets campaigns and content. Digital strategy decides the structure underneath: which channels you use, what each one is for, how data connects and how budget moves. Campaigns then run on that structure instead of each one starting from scratch.
Not by default. We assess what each partner contributes and recommend changes only where the evidence supports it. Many businesses keep their agencies and give them clearer briefs, shared metrics and better data. Where real gaps exist, our partner network can fill them.
Usually less than you expect. Most businesses already pay for tools they underuse. We start by connecting and configuring what you have, and recommend new tools only where a specific gap blocks measurement or execution, with the cost and effort set out clearly.
Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity before they visit a website. Your digital strategy covers how you are represented there alongside Google, social and email, so answer engines are planned as a channel in their own right rather than ignored.
