How is Restro20 different from Cafe20?

Both are Focus20 Labs platforms. Cafe20 focuses on cafe and quick-service operations, where consistency across outlets matters most. Restro20 is a restaurant growth platform for restaurants and groups that want to run efficiently and bring guests back. We recommend one during the Cost Review.

Will it work with our existing POS?

We review your POS and other systems before configuration and agree how information should flow between them. Where a connection is available, we set it up. Where it is not, we explain the options and limits clearly before you commit.

How do we measure whether it is working?

We record a baseline before launch, covering measures such as repeat guest visits, manager time on admin and revenue per cover. A monthly one-page report then compares performance against that baseline and the targets you agreed, so progress is visible.
