Lever 02 · Get Chosen

A brand buyers remember and trust.

Established businesses often outgrow the brand they started with. The logo still works, but the story, visual system and materials no longer match the scale, quality or ambition of the company. We rebuild the brand so it helps you get shortlisted and win.

The problem

When the brand lags behind the business

01
Looks smaller than you are.

Your capability has grown, but the identity and materials still look like an early-stage company, which costs credibility with larger buyers.

02
Inconsistent across touchpoints.

Each department, branch or agency produces its own version of the brand, so buyers see different colours, tones and claims everywhere.

03
No clear reason to choose.

The brand describes what you do, not why you are the better choice, so buyers fall back on comparing you on price.

04
Hard for teams to apply.

There are no usable guidelines or templates, so every new presentation, brochure or post starts from scratch and drifts further off brand.

How we work

Strategy first, then design

Step 1

Discover

We interview leadership, customers and staff, review competitors and audit every current brand touchpoint to decide what to keep and what to change.

Step 2

Define

We set the brand positioning, personality, messaging hierarchy and naming principles that the visual work must express.

Step 3

Design

We develop the identity system: logo refinement or redesign, colour, typography, imagery style and layouts, tested on real applications.

Step 4

Deploy

We deliver guidelines, templates and asset libraries, and help your team and suppliers roll the brand out across every touchpoint.

What you get

A brand system your team can use

01

Brand positioning statement

A clear statement of who you serve, what you offer and why buyers should choose you, agreed and signed off by leadership.

02

Messaging framework

Core narrative, value propositions by audience, proof points to substantiate and tone of voice rules for everyone writing on your behalf.

03

Visual identity system

Logo, colour palette, typography, iconography and imagery direction, designed to work in print, on screen and on signage.

04

Brand guidelines

A practical manual showing correct and incorrect use, written for internal teams, agencies, printers and partners.

05

Template library

Editable templates for presentations, proposals, letterheads, social posts and email signatures, so teams stay on brand without a designer.

06

Rollout plan

A prioritised list of touchpoints to update, with owners and sequencing, so the new brand appears consistently rather than piecemeal.

What we measure

Judged by the numbers, not the activity.

We take a baseline in Review week, agree targets in writing and report against them every month.

Shortlist and tender win rate
Brand consistency across touchpoints
Branded search volume
Enquiry quality from new materials
You are a good fit if
Your brand was built for a smaller company than the one you run today.
You are bidding for larger clients or new markets and need stronger credibility.
Different teams and agencies currently produce inconsistent versions of your brand.
FAQ

Questions leaders ask us.

Do we have to change our logo?
Not necessarily. Many established brands carry recognition worth keeping. We assess the equity in your current identity before recommending anything. Often the right answer is a refinement plus a stronger system around the logo, rather than a complete replacement.
Brand strategy is led by OZRO, and design production is delivered with 4K Creations, our creative partner. You work with one team and one plan, and you own all final files, guidelines and templates outright once the work is complete.
We agree measures at the start, such as shortlist and win rates, branded search, enquiry quality and consistency across touchpoints. These are tracked against your baseline in the monthly report, so the brand is judged on commercial effect, not on taste alone.
Yes. Naming is handled within the define phase. We set naming criteria, generate and screen options, and check basic availability of domains and social handles. Formal trademark clearance should be confirmed by your legal adviser before you commit to a name.
