Stop paying people to copy data.

Much office work is moving information between systems, chasing approvals and producing the same reports. We map those workflows, remove steps that should not exist, then automate the rest with tested, logged integrations. Your people move to the work that needs judgement.

The problem

Where manual workflows drain time and accuracy

01
The same data typed twice.

Orders, invoices and customer details are re-keyed from email into spreadsheets, then from spreadsheets into your ERP or CRM, inviting errors at each step.

02
Approvals stuck in inboxes.

Requests wait for sign-off with no visibility of who holds them, so purchase orders, leave and discounts are delayed without anyone noticing.

03
Reports built by hand.

Someone exports data from several systems, combines it in a spreadsheet and formats it, producing a report that is outdated on arrival.

04
Handoffs that fall through.

When work passes between teams by email or chat, tasks are missed, duplicated or delayed, and nobody notices until a customer complains.

How we work

Simplify first, then automate

Step 1

Map

We document each target workflow step by step, including the systems involved, who touches it, how long it takes and where errors occur.

Step 2

Simplify

We remove steps that add no value and agree standard rules, because automating a broken process only makes the errors arrive faster.

Step 3

Automate

We build integrations, triggers and approval flows between your systems, test them against real cases and add logging and failure alerts.

Step 4

Monitor

Every automated run is logged. Exceptions route to a named person, and monthly reporting tracks time released and errors avoided against baseline.

What you get

Automated workflows you can trust

01

Workflow maps

Before and after diagrams of each target process, showing the steps removed, the steps automated and the steps kept with people.

02

Built automations

Working integrations and triggers that move data, create records and send notifications between your systems without manual re-keying.

03

Approval flows

Structured routes for requests and sign-offs, with reminders, escalation and a clear record of who approved what and when.

04

Automated reporting

Recurring reports that assemble data from your systems on schedule and deliver it to the right people in a consistent format.

05

Exception handling

Rules that catch failed runs, missing data or unusual cases and route them to a named person with the context to resolve them.

06

Run logs and documentation

A full record of each automation's logic, connections and run history, documented so your team can maintain and change it.

What we measure

Judged by the numbers, not the activity.

We take a baseline in Review week, agree targets in writing and report against them every month.

You are a good fit if
Staff spend hours each week copying data between systems or spreadsheets.
Approvals, reports or handoffs regularly cause delays that customers notice.
You want automations documented, logged and fully owned by your business.
FAQ

Questions leaders ask us.

Which systems can you automate between?
Most business systems with an available connection method, including CRM, ERP, POS, email, spreadsheets, forms and messaging such as WhatsApp. During mapping we confirm what each system allows. Where no connection exists, custom integration work may be needed.
Every run is logged and failures trigger alerts. Exception rules route problem cases to a named person with the details needed to fix them. Nothing fails silently, and the run history shows exactly what happened at each step.
If the work follows fixed rules on structured data, workflow automation is simpler, cheaper to run and easier to maintain. If it needs reading, interpretation or judgement, an agent fits better. Many processes use both, and we recommend the mix case by case.
Yes. You own what we build, and each automation is documented with its logic, connections and run history. We can train a nominated person on your team to make routine changes and to recognise when to call for support.
