What we collect
- Details you give us when you book a call or contact us: name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, website, role, company size and the issue you describe.
- Basic usage data from our website, such as pages visited and device type, collected only with your consent where required.
Why we use it
- To arrange and prepare for the call you asked for, including a review of your public website and online presence.
- To reply to your enquiries and send information you requested.
- To improve our website, using aggregated analytics.
We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and where needed to take steps you request before entering into a contract. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for clients in the UAE, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and scheduling tools, and with our delivery partners when you engage us for work they support. Each is bound to use your data only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing connect@ozrotechworks.com. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
